This was way too small for my 16 month old, she is not large and is in 40th percentile. Had to return

We had one of those fold up toddler trikes for our first child. It was okay, but it was always a little bit on the tipsy side. We saw this one and ordered it for our fourteen month old child. It’s a little but undersized for them, but still well within range for them to use.The assembly was quick and took less than five minutes. That includes opening and taking it out of the box and unwrapping the parts from the protective bubble wrap. All the part fit together well and no additional tools other that the socket wrench that is provided. The big wheels make it great for indoor usage. It has no problems going from our stone floors to our wood floors and over the rugs.Speaking of bubble wrap, the stickers on one of the sides is completely scraped and since it was covered with wrap, it had to have happened before packaging. So while the packaging held up, this bike still made it through quality checks. I would upload a photo, but that options appears to have been removed or is not working. So overall, it’s a great little ride for the toddlers. There needs to be improvement on quality inspection.

First off, as a note re: sizing: since you can’t adjust the seat, your child will have a limited time to use this bike. For us, it’s perfect for our 16 month old. Our 4yo tries to ride it, too, but it’s obviously far too short for her. I expect our youngest to outgrow it shortly (and goodness, I hope he learns to walk – FINALLY – before then). It’s easy to put together and it’s super attractive. It’s also sturdy – he had no problem getting on it and immediately riding. (Granted he rode up to the tv where he used it as a seat to sit and watch tv, but yeah.) Now please note, your kid can and will fall off of it, trying to get on or off, but that’s not the bike’s fault and I appreciate that the bike is sturdy at least. The only thing I’d change would be to make the handlebars taller, or adjustable, so that kids could use it as a true walker rather than only a riding walker.

I got this as a gift for my 1 year old and he loves it! It is a learning curve for the younger ones but in time he will get it down. It comes in a box that is easy to wrap and the bike was easy to assemble. This would definitely make a good gift for a 1 year old.

It is smaller than expected. My year old granddaughter doesn’t sit on it to ride it. Instead she picks it up between her legs and walks with it. She is a little big for her age but not that big. It’s really cute though!

Ok, for starters, this is not a replacement for a balance bike like a strider. It is smaller and doesn’t require the same kind of balance. This is more of a pre-balance bike. After reading the reviews on how small it was, I bought this for my son when he was 10 months and already taking his first steps. He is an average sized baby. Unfortunately his legs could not fully reach the floor while sitting on the bike, so he was unable to maneuver it.Fast forward a couple of months later and he is a fully walking/jogging 12 month old who is 30” tall. His feet still can’t reach the floor enough to get the leverage he needs to push the bike. He ends up getting off and just pushing it with his hands. My consensus is that while the bike itself is small and the handlebars are low, the seat is relatively high. An older/bigger baby would still be better suited for this, but honestly at that point you might just consider a real balance bike.Oh and yes it does tip over. But I think calling it a “rolling death trap” is a bit of an exaggeration. First of all you should be supervising your young toddler with this, especially if they aren’t coordinated enough to roll it without tipping.

Our grandson received another bike for his birthday as well but this one was the one that he was able to sit on and maneuver independently immediately. The low clearance and banana seat helped him feel stable enough that he could do it himself. We’re looking forward to lots of fun with this one!

My baby is 17 months and medium size. This bike is actually too small for her, but she still enjoys it. Be aware that this bike is very, very small and even a 17 month old baby might be too large for it.
