I was really excited about this product. The fit is good, and the compression is nice and comfortable. Where this product lost stars is with the silicone strip. The strip sticks to and pulls my incision when I walk, which is uncomfortable/painful. It can also make the incision feel sweaty and pull other things in that region. I usually take these off after a couple hours of wear, which isn’t convenient. I’m 8 weeks postpartum, and I feel like if I wore these sooner after my c-section, it would have been very painful. For the price, I think knowing this is important.

I had my baby via emergency c-section 1 month ago and have worn these daily since coming home from the hospital. I was unsure what size to order as I still had a lot of swelling. Pre-pregnancy I wore a size 10-12 jean and weighed around 175. So I ordered a size 1X-2X. They fit perfect for 1-2 weeks and now are not as snug. They still provide me with support and help with comfort because (lets be real) my tummy looks like a stretched out pancake. Hey! I just had major surgery, don’t judge lol.Now weighing around 160 with a flabby new mom tummy I still want to wear these and will be ordering more. They do help hide the muffin top. I will now get the L-XL size as my hips are about 40” and I can fit back into my size 10 jeans again! Hooray :)My scar has healed nicely as far as I can tell. It does itch sometimes but nothing excessive, the silicone patch might have helped with this!?I don’t feel like I overheat or sweat in these. The material is fairly breathable. I also still wear maternity pants and layer with tank tops so if anything I should be roasting under all these layers. One more thing, kind of TMI. Heavy flow pads fit fine in these and stay in place. This is also something you will be wearing for a good month…or more. Stock up 🙂

Ok I think the panties have great potential except one major issue. Maxi pads do not stick to them. Seriously, underwear for recovering after pregnancy and you can’t get a pad to stick, I was so angry trying to get the pad in place while trying to put these on. It is a serious flaw.

I was in so much pain after my c section and barely able to walk. I this product was so helpful in my recovery. I after I started wearing it I felt so much better. I was able to stand up straighter and my movement felt more fluid. Granted over time I naturally would have felt better but I feel that this helped speed up the process, and so much so that I was able to go off the pain meds. I was concerned about the fit as I am a plus sized gal (230 lbs) but the 1x-2x fit very well. I would recommend this for anyone that gets a c section as soon as you can!Cons:-It is tight. It needs to be but it is somewhat painful trying to get it on the first time. Also it is somewhat of a process takin it on and off to go to the restroom. Be careful over the incision.-I had intended to wear other underpants under these but there is no way to do this. So I have to handshake every day. If you don’t want to do this you may want to get multiple pairs*you will still need to hold your incision if you cough or sneeze 😛 Ouch!

I did a lot of research prior to my scheduled C section and these kept popping up on people’s “must have list”. I had really high hopes for these but unfortunately they were a miss for me.I wasn’t able to wear them right away (too swollen) so I actually bought a similar product (just a compression- without the special c section healing silicone) from target bec it was all I had access to when I couldn’t handle the hospital provided band slipping constantly.I found the Maidenform one that I purchased st Target to be significantly better (and not just because it’s half the price)The UpSpring has a vertically ribbed texture on the front (the back is smooth)… not sure it’s purpose but it leaves uncomfortable marks in my skin (and this is meant to be TIGHT- so I can’t blame that I’m wearing a too small size or anything)Technically these are seamless, but there is some sort of “seam” at the very top – you don’t see it on the outside; but there is a seam that hits your skin and is very uncomfortable to meFinally they’re not tall enough for me. I wanted this to come up over my ribs, but it doesn’t. Maybe it’s my long torso but again, the competitors pair comes up high enough.I did not experience the silicone panel coming off. But I only wore them for a few hours before deciding they are not for me.

I ordered a small/medium. Fits perfectly. I’m 5’4″ and 120 lbs post pregnancy. I had my c-section 2 weeks ago. This compression panty covers your whole stomach and provides direct compression on your c-section scar area. It has worked wonders to reducing swelling and getting my pre-pregnancy body back in half the time than it did the last time I was pregnant and didn’t use a compression panty after delivery. I can wear them day and night and they hide well under clothing. I highly recommend these compression panties! I wish they weren’t so expensive, then I would buy a couple pairs of them.

Waited two weeks to try these after my c section and they feel so good!! I would recommend and just wait until you feel comfortable to put on. I bought the large, I am usually a s/m but I didn’t want them to feel too tight. 5’2 175 lbs at labor 128 pounds pre pregnancy

These underwear are the BEST for postpartum c-sections! I wore these constantly for the first 6 weeks after my c-section and they keep a constant pressure on your incision and stomach so that you feel protected and safe to move, cough, sneeze, all the normal things that cause pain. Whenever I took them off, I would feel a huge difference, the incision pain and lower back pain would immediately return so needless to say I ordered more and wore them constantly. I would recommend these to anyone who is having a c-section!

I recently bought these because I just gave birth via C-Section and wanted underwear that provided support and helped my stomach look a bit more like it used to before pregnancy. These are great. They hold my stomach in just enough without being too tight or making my fat bulge above or underneath the underwear. They give me the right amount of support and I’ve noticed that my stomach is starting to get back to its shape day by day. I ordered the medium because I read one of the reviews and someone said they ran a little big and stretched out a bit after wearing them a little while. I’m glad I listened. I was a 12-14 before pregnancy and I ordered the medium. It fits perfectly. They are also a reasonable price. I would recommend this product.
