Horrible. Went through a whole tube for our family of 4 while on the lake for 4 hours…we kept applying more because of how red we started getting…we all got terribly burned including our 5 month old who we kept in the shade as much as possible…will never buy again and strongly discourage anyone else. Research consumer reports to see how badly this scored.

The one on the left is the one received the one on the right is the one ordered and the one I have used for years (have had in pool bag) almost empty, hence why needed new order😤. Watch for the yellow stripe. If it doesn’t have it the sunscreen is basically water and I’m concerned is a fake. Don’t use on your kids if it doesn’t have the yellow stripe!!

Ugh. I’m having to change my 5-star rating down to two because the sunscreen contains Octinoxate, a chemical that can cause hormonal disorders and destroys reefs and sea life. …..The sunscreen stays on and lasts a long-time even while swimming although we still reapply. The bug spray is the first natural bug spray I’ve ever used that truly repeals mosquitos and biting flies.

Not safe! Contains lead and mercury! According to the clean label project this sunscreen along with other brands (all good and honest) tested positive for these dangerous heavy metals! I’m so upset I used them while I was pregnant and on my baby. Go to cleanlabelproject.com to see which sunscreens are safe. They also have info in baby food and pet foods

After 4 years of using this product, we seem to have gotten a bad batch. If this were shampoo, hair gel or similar it wouldn’t be an issue. However failure of a sunscreen has painful consequences for a child. The tubes have a Lotcode and expiration of 76296 07/19. Seals were intact when we received them. That leads me to believe there is a quality control issue at this company. That’s unacceptable, particularly for a product marketed for babies and children.

Just received the sunscreen and it expires in LESS THAN THREE MONTHS. The one that we are almost out of expires in 2020. I’m appalled I can’t exchange for a sunscreen that doesn’t expire in mere minutes, even though it’s sealed. I’m now stuck with a sunscreen for my tiny baby that I have to use up in 2.5 months. I’m never buying this product from Amazon again, I’ll get it in store elsewhere so I can confirm expiration!

This brand is currently going through a class action lawsuit for misrepresentation of ingredients. Do not buy.

We’re semi-crunchy, so I wanted a sunscreen that wasn’t completely full of toxins, but that wouldn’t break the bank. This seemed to fit the bill. It’s not the perfect sunscreen, but it’s better than the other crap out there. Our first time using it was last week while my son was at Cub Scout day camp. He was outside in 90+ degree heat from 9am until 4pm. We applied it in the morning each day before arriving at camp and it worked wonderfully. The only part of my son that got a bit red was the back of his neck. But that could be because he didn’t get very well back there or just because it’s the most exposed part of him. But it wasn’t red enough to blister or even hurt for more than a day, and he’s very light skinned! I used it also for one day while i was volunteering at camp and had the same experience – the only part that got red was the back of my neck. I applied it to my face, ears, front and back of neck, and my arms. Again, no blistering or extreme pain, just red for a couple days and only on the back of my neck. Usually I’d come home with burnt ears, face, arms, etc. I’m also very light skinned. I advised my son to reapply at lunch time, but i don’t know if he did or not on the days i wasn’t there. We haven’t used it in water, but i imagine it would definitely need reapplication during use in water, as most sunscreens (especially the more non-toxic variety) usually do.

We have used Babyganics Sunscreen in the past because we want to use organic sun protection and we’ve loved their sunscreen in the past. Apparently due to a lawsuit that alleges Babyganics has not been using organic ingredients, they’ve changed their formula. This new formula simply doesn’t work. We caked it on my three kids, on my wife and myself and only one hour later in only sparse sunlight, all five of us got serious sunburns. We are super disappointed (not to mention uncomfortable). I can’t believe this company lied to its customers and then put out a new formula that just simply doesn’t work.
