I feel like a fool for spending $13 on this tiny piece of plastic, but my baby who normally won’t let me anywhere near her nose DOES let me stick it right up there 😛 minus one star for the ridiculous price, but darn it, it’s effective.

We use the suction type devices for wet mucous but for more viscous, dried up stuff we always used q tips. While q tips work it takes a while of digging to get everything and my baby isn’t a big fan of it. He wiggles and fusses and is just generally displeased with the entire experience. The oogiebear works really well. The bears protruding ears make it so that you can’t push the device too far into your baby’s nose. The material is also soft and comfortable for baby as well. The little scoops on either end do a great job of fishing out boogers and my baby doesn’t seem to mind much at all. I agree with another reviewer here though that said that, for the price, there should be a little case included. Other than that I really like this.

So I’m confused about all the good ratings because I had confidence in my purchase and knew it was completely useless after two tries. (To note, my little one is 12 months.)1. The bear part is too close to the scooping part. I could barely get in little ones ears.2. She won’t let me pick her nose either because (again) the bear part is too close and she finds that uncomfortable. Is this meant for really small babies that can’t fight against things they don’t like yet? I’m just disappointed I wasted my money.

I am a nurse & like to prepare for anything. My Frida came in the mail perfect timing. Used it the first day to get a small bugger out, but a few days later my 3 week old had congestion & mucous build up. THIS THING IS AMAZING my son was up for a while night fussing & crying before I used the Frida. Right after the first use is when I took that picture shown… An hour later it was a lot more in the tube. Honestly people get this you won’t regret it. AND I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS but that’s how much this benefited my baby. He is able to sleep & breathe in peace. Thank you for this product

There’s nothing I can say that hasn’t been said. I went so far as to buy the bulb that comes apart so there’s no mold. But I feel like. I’m Impaling my 3 month old every time I use it.I checked this out many times when I was pregnant but it seemed so basic for 20 bucks. Little did I know. The boogies never hit the filter so we haven’t changed it yet. And I take a little nasal saline on a baby q tip and clean up the crusties but this thing sucks. Maybe I’d use saline if the bogfies were dry but we use twice a day and always snag a good booger.I’m officially the boogie monster now and proud of it. This should seriously be a gift for every new mom. I know it’s going to be a godsend when she’s sick.

This works very effectively. It puts the good ol’ bulb aspirator to shame! See, the bulb aspirator limits each suction to the amount of air that can fit in the bulb. This bad boy gives as much suction as you can fit in your lungs which is highly effective on those over-stuffed noses. To be honest, I was extremely hesitant to try the nose frida. I thought the entire concept was disgusting. But when I found myself with a stuffed up 3 week old infant, in a moment of weakness and pure desperation I was not only ordering the nose frida, but paying extra for overnight shipping. I’m so glad I did and so is baby. With a little bit of saline, it clears even the stuffiest of noses right up!!!

The music and flashing lights had my 9m old’s attention as soon as I turned it on. I actually got to suction his nose without squirming and tears. I had purchased another brand before and returned it as I could hold it to my hand and not feel suction. The three ways to increase suction is what really attracted me to this product and I could tell right away it was working. Would definitely recommend to another mom.

My 2 week old son already has a cold. We were tired of torturing him with the bulbs. I bought the graco before I tried this one. This sucker is much better and quieter than the graco. Does a great job removing snot and clearing airway. Love the case also. Easy to keep everything organized and you can keep it in the diaper bag. Only complaint I have with it is the first 2 levels of suction are useless.

My children (2 years and 5 months) both used this product with ease. Love the lights and sounds. Suction power is great on levels 2 & 3
